Project Scope: Complete Refit

A complete refit was carried out at numerous locations nationally. This included strip out to a retail shell. Each location required wall relining with slat walls, installation of new ceilings and flooring including Vinyl wood, plank flooring and carpet tiles.

New electrics were required to supply the each units facilities and included final test and certification. Replacement of roller shutters was carried out where required and new staff kitchens and toilet facilities were installed. Final decoration and contract cleaning was carried out prior to handover.
